This morning I paid a visit to Manchester Museum.  They have an interesting collection.  A crazy amount of taxidermy (see Swamp Deer below) and randomly, a vivarium, in which I spent ages trying to draw tiny frogs.

Two pigeons hanging out in the sun, on a ledge opposite our flat. They do this for much of the day.. I think the animals are great proponents of the benefits of being idle.
